Darkness Falls

Darkness Falls

Director: Jonathan Liebesman
Writers: Joe Harris (story) & John Fasano (screenplay)
Release Year: 2003
Genre: Horror | Thriller

The movie is based on a story that happened in the 1800’s, where an old woman loved by most which little children used to take their lost teeth to her in exchange for a gold coin. A few years later, misfortune struck her, first a fire in her house, which deformed her, and then she was hanged. All this happened in the town of Darkness Falls where a young boy, Kyle said that while he was sleeping, he accidentally woke up and saw the Tooth Fairy, who tried to kill him and killed his mother. After this accident, he was considered crazy by most in town. His childhood girlfriend, Caitlin, and her younger brother were the only ones that believed in his story.

The black haired, winged creature of doom that Kyle described is coming back to town and she’s here for Caitlin’s brother.
