Truth – Horror Movie
Dec 11th
An estranged couple on a weekend retreat are pushed further apart when the wife, Becca, becomes romantically fascinated with the journal of the cabin’s long-dead former owner. When the ghost of the old owner appears and reciprocates Becca’s feelings, the web of betrayals and untruths between Becca and her husband begins to unravel.
Director’s Vision:
“Truth’ is a chance to experience true human Horror. As a creative team of filmmakers, writers, and everyday people, we have gone to great lengths to decipher the complexities of Horror and the Terrors within ourselves. These horrors do not fall into the realm of violence or gore. ‘Truth’ will not be littered with the stereotypes of modern Horror; it is not a slasher film, nor is it a zombie or a monster flick. ‘Truth’ will be a benchmark in modern horror, it’s a re-ignition of a fading medium, like Hitchcock, Polanski, or Kubrick; it’s a look into the darkest parts of human beings.”

Genre: Horror | Documentary
“Grave Encounters” a ghost hunting documentary that was directed by Lance Preston, are going to shoot an episode inside the long abandoned Collingwood Psychiatric Hospital, where unexplained phenomena has been reported for years.
Lance Preston and his crew voluntarily lock themselves inside the building for the night and begin a paranormal investigation, capturing everything on camera. They quickly realize that the building is more than just haunted – it is alive – and it has no intention of ever letting them leave. They find themselves lost in a labyrinth maze of endless hallways and corridors, terrorized by the ghosts of the former patients. They soon begin to question their own sanity, slipping deeper and deeper into the depths of madness, ultimately discovering the truth behind the hospital’s dark past…and taping what turns out to be their final episode.
Albert’s Review: “A lot of people thought that this was real footage, that shows that it’s a good movie, I received a lot of questions about Lance Preston but I had to tell visitors that this wasn’t real. I like the movie, acting is ok and story good”

Shifter
Aug 28th
SHIFTER is a 2011 American style Vampire horror film written by Kyle Kaos and directed by Jason X (Jason Charles Xavier).
The film centers on eight friends on a week-end cabin get-a way, who are haunted by the disappearance of a young couple; last seen taking a walk in woods. It is presented in the style of “live action comic book,” with the material being proposed in such a way, the audience feels immersed in the film itself, like they were the ninth friend in the group, as the story unravels. A cinematic gem shot for a very modest budget, Shifter holds the credibility of a classic horror, while maintaining a humorous undertone throughout, never taking itself too serious, but serious enough to scare the crap of you.
Originally developed as an independent feature, Shifter is presently being shopped around worldwide, already showing strong interest in European markets, even before being released to festivals.
A sequel, entitled SHIFTING, already in development, will be released on October, 2013, and will be followed by a third film titled SHIFTED on June, 2014 to complete the 3 box trilogy.
