Guy Woodhouse and his wife Rosemary move into a dream apartment, but they don’t know about the bad reputation of the building. They make friends with the neighbors which are an elderly couple named Roman and Minnie Castevet. Guy begins to spend a lot of time with them. Weird things start to happen like that of the mysterious death of a woman Rosemary meets in the washroom, Rosemary has strange dreams and starts to hear strange noises and Guy becomes remote and distant. Rosemary falls pregnant and she starts to suspect that her neighbors have special plans for her baby.

After around 71 years, Evan Marshall’s life has stalled as he was left without answers after his older brother Victor disappeared from a camping trip near Town Creek. Unexpectedly Victor returns one night, alive and having escaped his captors, Evan asked him no questions. His brother request, he loads their rifles and they went on the payback mission. They had no idea what they were going to fight…
