ABOUT THE FILMMAKERS: The Vicious Brothers is the writing/directing collaboration between 25 year old filmmakers Colin Minihan and Stuart Ortiz. They first met through a filmmaking web forum in 1999, and bonded through their shared love of horror/sci-fi films and a mutual hatred of film school. Together, they have written four feature film scripts and collaborated on dozens of media projects. Their debut feature film, “Grave Encounters,” has recently acquired domestic distribution through Tribeca Film and will have its world premiere at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival. The trailer for the film, which they produced themselves, quickly went viral on the internet and gathered 1.5 million youtube hits in only 3 months.
