The first look at this year’s highly anticipated office-horror Redd Inc. was released by Green Light Productions today. The unrated short trailer features the return of Tom Savini (Friday the 13th, Dawn of the Dead) to Special Make-up Effects.

The movie is slated for international release later this year and is being sold by Darclight Films (Wolf Creek, Bait 3D, The Loved Ones). Pinnacle Films (Drive, The Reef) is distributing in Australia and New Zealand. Redd Inc was directed by Daniel Krige (West), featuring cult favourite Nicholas Hope (Bad Boy Bubby) as Redd and supported by a stellar young cast, Redd Inc. was shot in March/April 2011.

The movie has notched up considerable notoriety online for its innovative use of crowd sourcing for supporting roles, artwork and music. The world-first campaign ran from August 2010 to January 2011 providing scripts and instructions for people to perform and submit to the movie. Winners were found from amongst almost 1000 submissions from 64 countries and appear in the film.
